  1. The support site provides online ticket submission and case tracking.  support.superna.net
  2. Leave a voicemail at 1 (855) 336-1580 (support entitlement validation steps below, if support validation can not be completed from a voicemail, no support will be provided).
    1. NOTE: Support logs are required for all requests. Call back requests without support logs uploaded, will not be returned. Support is not able to assess or resolve issues without support logs.​
    2. You must leave customer business name, your name, your business email address, description of issue.
    3. NOTE: We will assign the case to your email address and follow up with support instructions via email.

    1. NOTE:  You will be asked to provide product name, issue description and upload support logs,  Faster support can be provided when all information is provided in a single request by logging into the support site.
